At WelsSlim, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@welsslim.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@welsslim.shop
