At WelsSlim, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@welsslim.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@welsslim.shop
